D03 – CAT BA ISLAND
(3 days 2 nights private tour)
Tour itinerary:
DAY 1: CAT BA ARRIVAL – TREKKING TO NATIONAL PARK (D)
Meet and greet driver and tour guide at your hotel. Start transferring from Hanoi to Haiphong. Take a 15 min break on the way.
Arrive to ferry port Dong Bai through the longest oversea bridge in Vietnam.
Take some break then transfer to Cat Ba Island through ferry. Arrive to Cat Ba Island, a transit van takes you to the hotel. Check into the hotel and take a rest.
Lunch at a local Restaurant
Head to Cat Ba National Park - located on Cat Ba island is recognized by UNESCO as a world biosphere reserve with rich and unique landscape. Cat Ba National Forest is preserving many marine ecosystems, terrestrial forests, mangrove forests, and rare flora and fauna species.
Experience walking, climbing, visiting the wonderful scenery of Cat Ba island starting from Cat Ba town through the jungle, watching wild animals.
Back to town. Dinner at a local Restaurant
Back to the hotel for resting.

DAY 2: 3 LAN HA BAY DAY CRUISE (B/L)
10:30 - 11:00 Pick up from hotel, transfer to Ben Beo
11:00 You check in to the cruise ship and enjoy a welcome drink. The cruise leaves the dock and begins its unique cruise: Cat Ba - Lan Ha Bay.
Our captain steers the cruise slowly, and the poetic scenery of Cai Beo ancient fishing village constantly appears with floating houses lying along the mountainside. You will be surprised at the peaceful beauty of this 7,000-year-old village.
The cruise moves further into the core of bay where you can't help but be amazed by the gift of Mother Nature: a large bay area, the phenomenal emerald water embracing hundreds of rocky islands of various sizes and shapes.
11:30 Savor a delicious lunch
13:00 After lunch, the cruise sails to Viet Hai Port. Disembark and head to the pier, where you will take an electric car/bicycle to the ancient Viet Hai Village. Experience a unique fish-foot massage, stroll through well-preserved traditional houses, or engage in conversations with local residents for a truly memorable experience.
14:30 KAYAKING - SWIMMING
Our Captain and Tour Guide will choose the best stop for the group to experience interesting activities: Swimming in the middle of the sea, boat- jumping, sliding down from the top deck to cool water, kayaking, etc.
(We highly recommend that you wear a life jacket when swimming/ kayaking/playing with water slide…for a safe journey)
15:40 The boat begins its journey back to Beo Pier. It is the perfect time to relax on the top deck with a cup of ordered drink.
16:15 Small sunset party is served with fresh fruit, biscuits & tea.
17:15 Return to Beo Dock, back to hotel

Free and easy at leisure.
Transfer back to Hanoi by ferry and private van.

Child Policy (05-10 Years old)
- 100% adult fare if sharing the same room with ONE adult.
- 85% adult fare if you request an extra bed and sharing room with TWO adults.
- 75% adult fare if without bed and sharing room with TWO adults.
Remarks:
- Visa into Vietnam available upon arrival at the airport with prior arrangement for authorization letter.
- In general, most places are closed in Vietnam throughout the period of the Lunar New Year.
- What to bring: Passport, change of clothes, sun-glasses & hat, toiletries, sun-block, insect repellent, flashlights, personal first aid kit & medicines, small VND notes for buying drinks. If you feel the need then cable lock for your bags is recommended

- No charge 14 or more days prior to the starting date of the tour
- 20% of the tour fare 14 days to 8 days prior to the starting date other tour
- 30% of the tour fare 7 days to 2 days prior to the starting date of the tour
- 70% of the tour fare 1 day prior to the starting date of the tour
